PRAYER FOR UKRAINE - Sunday 14th August at 6.00pm at LCBC.
This invitation is for all Ukrainian people in our local area and everyone concerned for the situation in their home country. As a church, we invite you to join us as we continue to seek God and trust him with all the things we cannot understand or explain. In this hour together we will hear Psalm 27 read in Ukrainian, see where in the country our local Ukrainian friends are from and have an opportunity and space for those who wish to pray and sing and those who simply wish to listen and reflect. Even if you don't usually come to church, please join us. You will be warmly welcomed and we hope it will be an encouragement to thos living through this difficult time.
You can also find out how knowing Jesus affected the lives of some of our members in these short interviews on our YouTube channel in the series Where is God? A professional rugby player, a woman abandonded as a baby, a former addict, a mother whose child was diagnosed with cancer and a successful businessman who lost it all. Where was God for them?
If you live locally we can help with a friendly phone call, prayer or picking up prescriptions/ shopping etc. Please contact us.
